Shipping Policy

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 within the continental USA for orders up to $69.99. Orders of $70.00 or more receive free shipping. All shipping addresses must be deliverable by UPS or USPS. We ship via UPS Ground and orders normally leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Orders take 1-6 days to arrive. 

Important shipping notice: Please carefully check your shipping address for typos and missing information (ie, apartement numbers, zip codes, street numbers). An incorrect or incomplete address will cause a problem with delivery and may result in your order being sent back to us as undeliverable. Orders received back as undeliverable will be processed as a return minus all freight charges and a restocking fee. Changes to the shipping address cannot be made once your order has shipped.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products! If you are unhappy with them for any reason, you may return them to us for an exchange or refund. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service department at info@onceuponanark.com for a return shipping label.
